Potentially the most interesting Liki of this use case the room presentation allow the customer of the hotel to have access to all the information related to his room. The liki also provide in this case a gateway to interact with the hotel, conciergerie and of course room service. In this case the liki can be used for marketing purpose and for more personalization but this will be treated in a separate article.

A non visible Liki for the customer of the hotel. Calling cards are created to easily track staff arrival for smaller hotels with no badging or tracking system.

Liki 10 : The order tracker

A one to one liki between the hotel and the user, this liki is generated automatically after an order to let the user track the status of a room service. The hotel must jut confirm the beginning of the order or the delivery in the room.
